This is an excellent company to work with. Kevin was very helpful and answered all my questions around equipment needs for a family member. He brought up a few things I had not thought about and made the process simple, quick and efficient. He also understands the value in building a relationship with his customers. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their equipment or services.

I work with Kevin now. He’s very knowledgeable and an Expert at what he does. I recommend everyone that needs help in the mobility medical field, from beds to stair lifts. From wheelchairs to scooters, Kevin (owner of Mobility City) is the man to call!!!!! He’s prompt, honest, and will get your loved ones whatever they need to make life easier.

Kevin literally rescued me when I was in a desperate situation. They provided a reclining lift chair in 1 day after I was abruptly discharged from the hospital. I cannot be more thankful for the speedy service and customer service. I had called a number of other places in Cook County and was being offered similar rental chairs at nearly twice the price with delivery in 1-2 weeks. I live close to the Cook/Lake County border so I called Mobility City as a last effort and am so thankful I did.
