Had a factory installed issue with my new electric lift for my mobile scooter. I called Kevin , the owner explained issue. Kevin immediately got Mark ( technician ) on phone. This was alll late Friday and thought I would not be able to use my car until Monday. Mark said he would come and fix the issue. Arriving prior to dark Mark made a few diagnoses and after undoing the electric box and discovered the issue. After a run to Menards for screws, Mark reassembled the box and “ whala “ he had me up and running.

Now this is what I call Customer Service. Thank you Kevin & Mark
